We had an unusual situation where we left the home full of furniture, clothing, food, etc. We were not able to get back to the condo to empty it, but Sandra did all the work to empty the property and prepare it for sale, even to the extent of weeding the garden. The condo sold in less than 3 days for a price above asking. We could not ask for better service and we are very satisfied with the result. We thank Sandra for her work and her diligence.
